Paul D. Conn is the vice president and a senior appraiser in the firm and a graduate of Western Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance. He holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the states of Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana and Kentucky. Paul has served as a Mentor in the Appraisal Institute's Mentor/Associate program, a Proctor for the General Comprehensive Exam, an alternate Regional Representative, and a Regional Representative. In addition, Paul Conn is a member iof IACREA (Illinois Association of Certified Real Estate Appraisers).
Paul's work in the appraisal field includes expert testimony, report reviews, estate valuations, real estate tax appeals, feasibility assignments and consulting. He is experienced in valuing a number of types of properties including Retail, Industrial, Office, Land, Multi-family Residential, Mixed use, as well as an assortment of special use properties.
